A unique holiday experience in a large, beautifully furnished townhouse, just 150m from beautiful Khao Takiab beach, approx 5km from the centre of Hua Hin.

We offer five-star accommodation with access to a private garden area complete with 14-metre pool.

Baan Thai Villas has the benefit of a superb tropical location while retaining a home away from home feel so that you can leave the excess baggage where it belongs and relax. The house is decorated and fitted out to the highest standards. Two large terraces allow you to sunbathe or just chill out.

The open-plan dining and kitchen area provides seating for six while the comfortable lounge includes Thai style sofa and armchairs, coffee table, cable TV, DVD, hi-fi system and broadband internet connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, fridge, pots and pans, cutlery etc. There is also a washing machine, iron, cleaning equipment and hanging rails for laundry.

If there is anything we have forgotten, we will buy it for you.

Location
Beautiful Khao Takiab beach is a 2-min. stroll from the house and to the left of the beach is Monkey Mountain and a small fishing village. On the way into Hua Hin town, before passing through the small village of Khao Takiab, you pass by some of the sacred temples in the area which glitter at night.

The proximity of the house to the beach and to Hua Hin town makes it a fantastic place to relax and an ideal base to explore sites around Hua Hin such as national parks, waterfalls and fantastic beaches. We offer the best accommodation of this type in town at these rates.

Hua Hin is developing fast and you can now find many amenities, restaurants and shops, some within walking distance from the house.

Golf
The numerous golf courses around Hua Hin are within easy reach. What better way to have a golfing holiday than to stay by the beach and head off to the course when you feel like it. Transportation can be easily arranged.

Other activities

A selection of activities are on offer in and around Hua Hin including parks, elephant riding, horse riding, fishing, quad-bike riding, water sports, caves, temples, waterfalls, cooking classes, designer outlet shops, night markets, lovely seafood restaurants and spas.

Distances
The village of Khao Takiab is approximately 0.5km from the house and the centre of Hua Hin town is approximately 5km.

Getting there
Most people land in Bangkok and take a car or van to Hua Hin which takes about 3 hours. We can help with car hire. There is also a small plane which takes 45 minutes and lands at Hua Hin airport, just north of the town. Car hire is readily available or you can make use of tuk-tuks or samlors.
